Postage & Shipping
We have two postage options when you get to the shipping part of the checkout process.
The first option is a priority mail option. Priority mail is posted off the same day by us to be send by Speed services couriers from the local Post Office. This option is only for South African buyers. If you choose this option you will get your parcel delivered to your local Post Office counter 2 days after you have placed your order. This is the sequence of events. We pack your priority mail order the same day as the order is placed and paid and take it to the Post Office at 16h00 in the afternoon. Because we have a small Post Office our priority mail is only picked up at 08h30 the next day. It is then scanned into the system the next day. By later the same day it will show up as a track and trace item on the tracking number system. It will then be at available at your Post Office the next morning for pick up. It is not an overnight service. Your tracking number will be send to you by SMS after it has been send. After the first day you can trace the parcel at the following telephone number 0860 023 133. The second option is by normal post. We also post this off at the local Post Office. This service takes 3-5 days to arrive. This is the cheaper option. We also send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been send and you can trace all these parcels at the following telephone number 0860111502 after one day.
We will post your item/s in a secure box to ensure safe delivery.
As soon as we have received your order and confirmation of payment we will put together your order and
send you the tracking number of the parcel.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want our customers to be 100% fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement, refund or repair depending on the problem. If your items arrive damaged due to mishandling or manufacturing faults, contact us ASAP.
